Honours Admission Circular 2023 is already announced. The NU Admission online application is going to be started from 05 April and it is going to be continued till 08 May. Honours Admission Circular 2023
The admission website of NU is app nu edu bd. The online application for Honours admission can be done through this website. Before you apply, you have to ensure that you are eligible for the application.
There are a few steps for the honours admission. The first step is the online admission form. One candidate must submit the application through app.nu.edu.bd web portal. The full instructions are given here for you so that you can submit the online application.

For your kind information, the candidates who have been admitted in previous session (2021-22) cannot apply for this 2022-23 session. If the candidate is admitted in any previous session then he has to cancel his admission before the application.
According to the Honours Admission Circular 2023, the Honours Merit list will be made considering your SSC and HSC GPA. There is no admission test for the NU admission. If the merit position is same then the subject wise marks will be considered.
There will be first merit list; second merit list and release slip for the NU Honours Admission process. The online application deadline is 08 May so you got a long time to submit your application.

Honours Admission Requirements
At first, you have to know that if you have application eligibility or not. If you are eligible you can submit the online application. So, take a look at the Honours Admission Circular 2023 Requirements-
- Students who have passed HSC exam in 2021 and 2022 can apply.
- Students who have passed SSC exam in 2019 & 2020 can apply.
- Humanities Group: Candidate has to obtain minimum GPA 3.00 in both SSC & HSC. The total GPA in SSC & HSC has to be GPA 6.50.
- Business Studies and Science Group: Candidate has to obtain minimum GPA 3.00 in SSC & HSC and the total GPA in SSC & HSC has to be GPA 7.00.

The Honours Admission Circular 2023 presents the full instructions for the candidates. If you are eligible for the application then submit your admission form online.
Before your submit application, prepare your recent photo with the size of 120 pixel x 150 pixel. The image should be in JPEG format.
To apply-
- First go to the website app.nu.edu.bd
- Then click on ‘Honours Login’ tab
- There enter your SSC, HSC roll number and exam year
- Your profile will be shown
- Enter your valid mobile number
- Select your chosen college
- Then select the subject preference
- Upload your photo
- Then submit the application
After you submit the online application you will get a print copy of it. Then you will submit the application form to the applied college office.
NU Admission Online Form Fill Up
The payment: According to the Honours Admission Circular 2023, the online application fee is 250 tk. The payment can be done through mobile banking system (Bkash, Rocket, and Nagad). You will login into your Honours ID to see if it is received or not. After you login, If you see ‘Received’ then it is okay. But if you see ‘submitted’ for several days then you should contact to the college authority.
NU Honours Admission Result
The last day of the online application is 08 May. After the online application end, the merit list will be published very soon. The candidates who will get subject in the merit list will start class from 01 June. The candidates who will not get subject in the first merit list they will wait for the second merit list.
The candidates who will not get subject in first and second merit list will apply for the release slip. That time students will select five colleges at the application time.
