DU Admission Circular 2023
DU Admission Circular Notice is released by the DU Chancellor Prof. Dr. MD Akhtarujjaman. DU offers four-year undergraduate honours course for HSC passed students from any education board. - Select Unit name [KA, KHA, GA, GHA]
- Enter HSC and SSC info [Roll, Registration and Board Name]
- Provide present and permanent address
- Select exam center
- Select quota if have any and Upload your photo
- Preview the application and submit
The application fee has to be paid through mobile banking system.
Once you submit the application, it cannot be changed. So it is better to take time to recheck the application. If you feel confused then take help to any senior or expert person.
DU Admission Test Notice 2023
Admission test will be held separately for each unit. Both written exam and MCQ exam will be taken. One applicant has to pass in both MCQ and written test individually. Exam time is – 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (for all unit).
Note: There is negative marking for the admission test. 0.25 marks will be cut for every wrong answer in the MCQ exam.
Requirements for DU Admission 2023-24
DU Admission Circular demonstrates the requirements for DU A, B, C and D unit. Each unit has separate requirements. Foreign student is allowed to apply, but his result should be converted to GPA.
These requirements are common for every unit:
- Students those have passed HSC exam in 2022 can apply
- Candidate has to pass SSC exam in 2018, 2019 or 2020
A, B, C, D unit has separate requirements. Interested candidate must fulfill the requirements which is mentioned here.
A unit (science faculty): Total GPA in HSC and SSC- 8.00; minimum individual GPA in HSC and SSC – 3.50
B unit (Arts faculty): Total GPA in HSC and SSC- 7.50; minimum individual GPA in HSC and SSC – 3.00
C unit (commerce faculty): Total GPA in HSC and SSC- 7.50; minimum individual GPA in HSC and SSC – 3.00
D unit (Fine Arts faculty): Total GPA in HSC and SSC- 6.00; minimum individual GPA in HSC and SSC – 3.00
Before the admission test, the admit card will be issued. According to DU Admission Circular, one candidate must take admit card in the exam center. Moreover, you have to be careful while choosing the exam center on DU Admission Form.
