Admission in Class 3, 2023: Application form for admission in St. Joseph Higher Secondary School for class 3 [2023] will be available in the school office on 15-17 October, 2022 from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm. St Joseph School Admission Form
Students who have completed class two in 2021 can apply for class three in 2023. For that, you have to maintain some formalities. You can get the admission form if you fulfill the requirements. Otherwise you will not be allowed to attend the admission test.
Eligibility for applying in class 3:
Students studying class 2 in 2022, aged ±8 (between 7.75 to 8.25 years) on 01 January 2023 are eligible to apply.
Students of Cambridge curriculum (July-June session) can be the current students of 2 or 3 in 2022 and age limit is the same.
Requirements:
1) Applicant must pass class two in 2022
2) Applicant’s age must be 7.5 – 8.25 years old
Procedure to collect form from the office-booth:
a. Pay tk. 500/ (exact amount and non-refundable) and;
b. Show the progress report or tuition fees receipt of class two 2022 in the booth.
One parent should go with the student to collect the admission form from the school office. Student has to obtain a good knowledge of his class 2 syllabus. Because he has to pass the admission test to get admission.

To collect the admission form, you have to pay 500 tk in cash at the school office. The admission process is simple. But you should know the full procedure to complete the admission. - Collect the admission form from the school office
- Carefully fill up the form with right information according to the birth certificate
- Attend the interview at the mentioned time in admission form
- Take two copies of passport sized photo of applicant
- Take report card and receipt of class two
- If student is eligible then principle will allow him with the Admit card but if he is not eligible then he will not get the admit card.
- Allowed student has to attend the written test in allocated time
The admission test will be for Bangla, English and Math subjects. There will be 1 and half hour exam starting at 8:30 AM and end on 10:00AM.
